We are the Kirk

Worship is the heartbeat of the Kirk. It celebrates God’s love and what God has done for us in Jesus Christ. Worship is our core response to God, and indeed, is our lifestyle. Music includes wonderful traditional hymns for their depth of meaning and beauty, and contemporary praise songs which proclaim Christ in today’s language and music. Preaching is the proclamation of Christ, the living Lord. We preach Christ “crucified and raised from the dead.” His earthly life, ministry and teaching is celebrated and explored. Preaching in the Kirk is both exposition of Scripture and application of the great truths of our faith to life in today’s complicated world.
